We enjoyed the MODERN stuff and attractive room. Location was reasonably priced in a lovely area. The building itself was new with a lovely garden.

Staff were responsive and the service was exceptional, it had strategic location close to airport. Everything was perfect during our stay but disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom. Early check-in. We had a really great stay at this classy and iconic hotel.

Delicious breakfast, tremendously helpful staff; glorious location. Old-fashioned hotel, 20 km from Almaty International airport. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Late check-out was useful. Plus their wifi was efficient.

the location was brilliant and the room was individual and non smoking. the personal was extremely helpful. there was a stunning restaurant, shops and supermarket next door. we went to luckee yu, located a short walk to the hotel, to have some dinner.
The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.
